Compact upright habit
Flowers: formal double; it never has stamens. Dark red. Incurned petals with, very occasionally, a
much darker margin giving an almost black impression.
Mid to late.
Foliage: glossy dark green.
A smaller plant than most reticulata hybrids.
Suitable for the small garden.
