AM 1960, (AGM 2002 removed 2012)
Slender growth needing a little pruning to make a denser bush.
Flowers: large (13 to 15cm) single or occasionally semi-double with long lily like notched petals
flaring out of a central boss of long greenish stamens with golden anthers; pure white.
Foliage: lanceolate slender serrated leaves.
Mid season.
A different and attractive flower - with only a few petals which are much longer than in most
camellias. More often semi-double out of doors.
