Camellia pitardii var. alba
Hunan and central Sichuan.
A large shrub or small tree up to 7m.
Flowers: white flowers, slightly fragrant, 5-8 cm in diameter, with five or six petals.
Late winter to spring.
Leaves: 4.5 - 12 cm long, 1.8 - 4.5 cm across, with finely toothed margins, strong texture and a smooth matt surface.
