Small upright tree, slowly but eventually reaching more than 12m by 6m.
10 year height/spread: 6m/3.5m
The floppy flowers open upright but quickly droop and move in the wind, giving an attractive and
startling effect. There are 6 tepals about 12cm long, which are pure white and highly scented of
oranges: early April.
Foliage: opening with mahogany red tinges, the elliptic leaves are mid green, and average 12.5cm
by 5.5cm.
Recognise by: the floppy flowers and their scent.
Hard to recognise out of flower or young growth.
Easy to grow. Wada'a Memory is extremely floriferous and flowers young.
Suitable for small gardens initially.
