Selected by Polly Hill, Vineyard Haven, Mass., ca 1985 from seedlings sent from Japan.
Tree with narrow, upright, oval habit.
Flowers: 15-18cm across, pink flush on outside of outer tepals.
Very fertile form with ornamental maroon fruit aggregate.
