Flowers:7-10/compact truss, almost flat. 50mm wide, rich blue; style and stamens long exserted.
Foliage: ovate, up to 40mm long.
Small shrub.
N.B. The names for these photos from Bodnant match the current label on the plant.
We would welcome it if our more knowledgeable members were to question this name and suggest an alternative.
As we all know, labels can easily move location!
