Shrub growing up to 1m in 10 years

Flowers: Lax trusses of 4-7 broadly campanulate flowers, 45mm long x 55-60mm wide; deep cerise in bud, opening pink which fades to pale pink at the margins and with age, with a few crimson spots.

April-May

Not scented

Foliage: Elepidote. Leaves are ovate, 40-65mm long x 30-40mm wide, dark green above, paler green below.

Other information: Young shoots are bright red. Commercially available
