Flowers are 50mm long × 55mm wide, with 5 wavy-edged lobes, buds vivid yellow, suffused deep pink, opening light yellow inside and pale-yellow outside; vivid yellow spots on the dorsal lobe; calyx 2mm long, strong yellow-green
