Flowers: tall conical trusses of about 15 pink buds
open to white edged rose pink with green spotting,
completely pink on the reverse. The pink fades to white.
May/June.
Pale yak foliage with a brown indumentum.
Recognise by: only by the combination of the yak
foliage and the emerging flowers.
Not easy to root. Tolerant of sun. Free flowering
but not an unusual colour.
