Flowers: c15/truss, broadly funnel-shaped, 45-50 x 60-70mm, vinous crimson, with blackish crimson marks.
Calyx very small.
May/June.
Foliage: Mid green flat glossy mucronate leaves.
10 year height/spread: 2m/2m?
Recognise by: the flowers - hard to identify out of flower.
Easy to root and grow, and free flowering.
Tolerates poor conditions. Best in sun.
