Flowers: widely funnel-shaped, 20-25mm x 23-30mm, 5 lobed, bright rosy-red.
Mar-April.
Leaves: evergreen, elliptic or oval, 9-16mm x 4-10mm, upper surface bright green, somewhat matt, not scaly; margin recurved; underside densely scaly.
Distribution: W. Sichuan. 2600 - 3000m.
